I really enjoyed the spacious room, which gave me plenty of area to move around and stay organized. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool despite the warm weather outside. Breakfast was solid with a variety of options, perfect for fueling my daily adventures. I faced a frustrating situation when the check-in time was delayed. Arriving at 1 pm, I was informed my room wouldn't be ready until 2 pm. After returning at 2:30 pm, I still had to wait longer. I also found some hair in the shower, disappointing. Despite these hiccups, the helpful room service provided sandwiches and coffee for an early departure, showing great attention to guest needs. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the City Theater.

You can't beat the location.
The front desk staff did not really seem to want to bother with our requests - specifically, we could not get a map or any feedback on places to eat or go in the city. I even spoke in Portuguese.

Location: great and unbeatable, close to Manaus, Old Town, the main shopping street that goes all the way down to the harbor and the historical center, markets, several travel agencies and numerous excellent restaurants. Good breakfast, practical suite...

The breakfast spread provided a good start to the day.
I faced multiple frustrations , starting with a delayed check-in that forced me to wait longer than expected. There was considerable noise from outside. The air conditioning unit was challenging to adjust, either leaving the room too hot or too cold.

The breakfast
They did not allowed my partner, who arrived earlier to enter the room, even thou I had send him the e-mail confrmation and a letter saying that he was ok to enter the room. He had to wait for me outside until 1am!! That was very upsetting to us.

The food at the restaurant. The computer, internet and printer that all worked well at a low fee.
The room was a little dingy could do with a new coat of paint and a good scrub down and brightening up of the bathroom.

The breakfast hours are questionable, as early risers might find the restaurant closed despite claims of opening at 6 am, causing missed meals for those in a rush. The mattress softness could be a hit or miss for some, depending on personal preference.

It was like what it said on the packet. A no frills business hotel. Soviet style architecture and decor. A fairly soul-less place, but it afforded a reasonable nights sleep and a decent ensuite shower.

The hotel is OK but nothing more. The people at the front desk was normally very helpful, but i did not find anyone that could speak english. The area is ok, very close to the Amazon Theatre and the city center.
The hotel is OK, the room was nice, clean, but we needed to ask the staff to change sheets in the bed after a few days...and they did not change towels every day. We called the front desk to order food and wine to the room...tha food came but not the wine, it seemed like no one wanted to sell us this bottle, the front desk told us to talk to the kitchen, but they did never answer the phone. The food is a bit overpriced, also the wine.
